30-127. Boats used as tenders. |
|
Boats used as tenders, not to exceed 12 feet under the discretion
of the Harbor Master, shall be kept at designated locations only,
and shall be properly cared for by the owner. The tender shall display
the owner's mooring number. Aluminum tenders will be berthed
in a designated area to avoid damage to other tenders.
