30-116. Mooring to or injuring buoy or beacon. |
No person shall moor, or cause to be moored, any vessel, boat,
scow or raft to any buoy or beacon placed by the City, State of Maine,
or a United States government agency in Belfast Harbor, or willfully
destroy or injure a buoy or beacon.
